    The supplier data exchange portal is a secure Portal. The Portal uses industry-standard security measures to protect the data that is exchanged on the Portal. However, the customer acknowledges that the internet is not a secure medium and that there is always a risk of data breaches. The customer agrees to take all necessary steps to protect its own data.

  3. Data Usage:

    The customer agrees to use the data that is exchanged on the supplier data exchange portal for legitimate business purposes only. The customer agrees not to use the data for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  4. Data Sharing:

    The customer agrees not to share the data that is exchanged on the supplier data exchange portal with any third party without the prior written consent of the supplier.

  5. Data Retention:

    The customer agrees to retain the data that is exchanged on the supplier data exchange portal for a period of at least 7 years. The customer agrees to delete the data after 7 years unless the supplier requests that the data be retained for a longer period of time.

    The customer agrees to use reasonable efforts to ensure that the data that is exchanged on the supplier data exchange portal is accurate and complete. The customer agrees to notify the supplier of any inaccuracies or omissions in the data as soon as possible.
