We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure DevOps and Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Azure DevOps pipeline and application infrastructure to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of our software applications. Your expertise in Azure DevOps and infrastructure management will be crucial in optimizing our development and deployment processes, enhancing scalability, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the Azure DevOps pipeline, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, to facilitate efficient and streamlined software development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to define and implement the infrastructure requirements for our applications.
• Manage and monitor the Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security, to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, PowerShell, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
• Implement and maintain best practices for source control, build configurations, release management, and versioning in Azure DevOps.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the development, build, and deployment processes.
• Implement and monitor security controls and compliance standards within the Azure infrastructure, including access management, data protection, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, usage, and capacity to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure DevOps and infrastructure management trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Extensive experience in managing Azure DevOps pipelines and application infrastructure in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, security, and monitoring.
• Proficient in implementing and managing CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, PowerShell, or Terraform.
• Solid understanding of software development practices, including version control, build systems, and release management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to infrastructure and application deployment issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in Azure DevOps or relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.

Work Experience

• 2-3 years of component engineering experience required
• Close working experience with global R&D teams desired

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in developing MEAN (Angular, Node, MongoDB) stack or similar applications with knowledge across UI, API and data development
• Experience with any cloud technology provider (AWS, Azure) and ability to build Infrastructure As Code
• Experience in using PaaS solutions of cloud for databases, API, etc
• Knowledge on applying DevSecOps and automating the application build and deployment with docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in building unit test, ATDDs with the individual code base
• Understanding application security and implementation details
• Good communication and team player abilities

Job Summary

Our Product Compliance Specialist role collects, validates, and loads product compliance data to Acquis Compliance Tool to ensure that our customer products are in compliance with numerous restricted substance and ethical sourcing regulations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Collect product compliance data such as RoHS, REACH, SCIP, TSCA, California Proposition 65, Conflict Minerals, POP, PFAS etc.
• Validate data to ensure accuracy and maintain data in our systems of record
• Archive and maintain product compliance supporting evidence from suppliers
• Be able to explain the what, why, and when of product compliance requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders, and succinctly escalate data issues as necessary
• Keep informed of emerging product compliance developments throughout the world
• Manage customer BOM for product compliance data
• Provide periodic status reports which clearly highlight completed and pending work
• Develop and maintain work instructions for product compliance processes, and provide training to other employees on product
• compliance topics
• Provide ongoing process improvement ideas in order to enhance product compliance processes and framework
